An exciting future for Plumpton College
Students from Plumpton College celebrated receiving their certificates and awards at the College prize giving on Friday 20th June.
The guest speaker, Mr Matt Dunkley, Director of Children’s Services, East Sussex County Council, congratulated the students on their success and wished them well for their future.
Mr Des Lambert, Principal, reported that the College was undertaking an extensive building programme to further improve the facilities and to cope with increasing numbers. The College was grateful to the Learning and Skills Council and to the University of Brighton for all the support it had received during the year.
Mr Mike Atkinson, Chair of Governors, spoke of the increasing student success at the College and of the College’s increasing regional and national recruiting.
