A 4 acre organic vineyard and well-equipped modern winery at Rotherfield and 8 acres atHorsmonden in Kent . The winery was established in Limney Farm's traditional dairy buildings using the most modern equipment, all stainless stell tanks, state-of-the-art pneumatic press and fully automatic bottling plant.

All vines and winemaking have been Soil Association certified since 2000, and are managed without artificial fertilisers or pesticides. The Limney Farm estate is managed under the Countryside Stewardship Scheme for the benefit of wildlife and biodiversity.

White: Auxerrois, Ortega, Huxelrebe, Bacchus, Siegerrebe and Faber
Red: Pinot Noir
